WALDEMAR HANSSON, PHOTOGRAPHER + DIRECTOR

The use of colors and emotions and a razor sharp eye for fashion make Waldemar one of a kind. Behind his uniqueness lie many years of practice, but his talent derives not only from the world of photography, but also from the world of art.

In his hometown Gothenburg, he studied art and painting, and later photography. After finishing his studies he moved to Stockholm and for six years he worked as an assistant. During this time he worked for several well known photographers, among others Jimmy Backius and Camilla Akrans.

His passion for fashion, and his love for storytelling, make his imagery sensual and unique. Waldemar possesses a non stop curiosity, creativity and an addiction to photography which result in a romantic, dreamlike and cinematographic expression.
